Are the Kokae® products natural? Yes, all our Kokae® Skincare Products are made nature-based and supported by science.

Are the Kokae® skincare products been tested on animals?
The Kokae® products are not tested on animals and are cruelty-free.

I have a sensitive skin - Can I use the Kokae® Gels?
Even if the products are nature-based made we suggest to test the Gel 48 hours before use for example on your inner elbow. If irritation occurs do not use.  

Do the Kokae® skincare products contain some form of preservative?
All skincare products need preservatives to prevents the growth of microorganisms. 

What happens if a product does not contain preservatives?
Any cream based product without preservatives is not considered safe and should not be used.
